When I think of Nino and Ivi, the first word that comes to mind is “Professional”. Everything about them and their work reflects all that it takes to fulfill the description of a professional.

I worked with them on a project on Nob Hill in San Francisco, I representing the sellers in the sale of this property and Nino and Ivi representing them as designers, advisors and project managers.

The family home on California Street, built in the 80’s, was well loved by the sellers but was dated and out of touch with today’s amenities. Their journey was both emotional and financial. Nino and Ivi created a space for the sellers to voice their concerns for an economically sound plan to update the home in order to achieve the highest price while respecting a limited budget.

Their approach with the sellers was always mindful of the ultimate goal. Their ideas were always delivered with respect and communicated on a regular basis so that all involved, including me, were kept fully aware of their progress. This included budgetary spread sheets, design drawings and price points for all materials and tradespeople.

Whenever I have a seller project for home improvements, I always think of Nino and Ivi first. I know the job will get done in a timely manner and that they will always make not only the property look amazing, but will also make me look good.
